The Client

Reachify allows companies to enhance internal and external communications by integrating all channels into a single collaborative workspace. Thanks to this tool, text messages, emails, live chats, and video calls can be managed directly from a unique app.

The Task

When we started working with Reachify, their product was already live on the market. They had recently launched a web app, and they were looking for a partner who could help them fix some critical frontend and backend issues and implement new features. 

They also needed a hybrid mobile developer to work on their new mobile app, built using React Native. For the past years, we've developed many products using this technology. It is one of our strongest skills, and we're continually inspiring our developers to learn and master this framework.

For this project, we set a team made of a Project Manager, a Full-stack Developer, and a Hybrid Developer. We focused on providing support to the current version of the app across the different platforms to keep it bug-free and running smoothly. We also added some key functionalities to the product, working closely with the QA team to ensure a stable implementation.

The latest version of the web and mobile app is already on production, and we're are currently working on the desktop platform.
